Job description : Hunter & Account Manager Experience : 10-13 years Location : Bangalore, Pune, Gurgaon, Hyderabad & Chennai Main responsibilities : - Manage few large accounts with sub $5Million revenue - Global fortune 500 corporate customers with India based engagements - Accounts running large ODC for Application Development & Maintenance - Engage with CxO level within the client organization for long term strategic selling - Develop relationship with IT Directors for projects in the portfolio - Develop aggressive hunting strategy around the Group both in India and at their base location in US (travelling from Bangalore) - Sales target driven role with end of year sales incentives High level requirements : - At least 10+ years of experience in IT services business - Been in BDM, AM or BRM roles for atleast 5 years having managed large & strategic customers - Good understanding and knowledge across technology and service delivery - Experience of handling large customers in the industrial manufacturing business is an advantage - Few years onsite sales driven client management role is a must Essential attributes : - Sales and targets driven - Good Communications skills (verbal and oral) - Global Experience, culturally diverse and worldly experienced - IT Services experience General Requirements : - Experience in Strategic Account & Solution Selling - Possess Commercial and Sales Acumen - Account and business planning skills for proposing, selling and closing sales - Have a good understanding of Contracts and Legal implications - Possess in-depth knowledge of customer's business environment and competitor's strategy and offerings
