At international level, our company implements projects in more than 60 countries throughout all the continents. We are looking for a Lean & Agile Expert for the new Rail Baltica project. The international professional will have the following key responsibilities : - Evaluate the existing KPIs and suggest more Project Specific KPIs which better measure progress against set targets - Identify and facilitate process improvement projects, special tasks, training/ workshops to drive cultural change, also conduct coaching sessions on Lean and Continuous Improvement - Drive value stream mapping to define as-is processes and propose and implement the transition to future state - Develop and conduct compliance audits, program evaluations and reviews to drive results with the fortitude to ensure the change is permanent - Drive efficiencies through effective Change Management and using Innovation Strategy and Lean principles and tools - Identify innovation opportunities to deliver and come out with plans for reshaping the business and processes. Requirements : - Consulting Master Degree - 10 years' experience in construction industry and in Lean and/or Agile management - English level B1.
