Role Overview:
A leading financial services company is looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to lead enterprise network, cloud, and data security initiatives. The role will be responsible for strengthening the organization's cybersecurity posture across on-premises and cloud environments, driving regulatory compliance, managing security operations, implementing Zero Trust principles, and leading incident response while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise network, cloud, and data security strategy across hybrid infrastructure.
- Drive cloud security, infrastructure hardening, and Zero Trust implementation.
- Own Security Operations, incident response, threat hunting, and vulnerability management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry security standards including RBI, DPDP, ISO 27001, NIST, and SOC 2.
- Lead data protection initiatives including DLP, encryption, identity, and privileged access management.
- Manage security vendors, managed security service providers, and mentor the internal security team.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 6-12 years of cybersecurity experience with at least 23 years in a security leadership or managerial role.
- Experience within BFSI, NBFC, Fintech, or other regulated financial services environments.
- Strong expertise in network security, AWS cloud security, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/XDR, IAM, and vulnerability management.
- Hands-on exposure to security frameworks, regulatory compliance, and security governance.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or AWS Security Specialty will be preferred.
- Willing to work onsite from Manesar.
