Position: IT Project Manager SAP IBP

Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Bangkok / Thailand)

Business Unit: IT Commercial Solutions / Supply Chain Planning

Contract Type: On payroll , Contract 12 Months

We are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager with strong experience delivering SAP ECC/SAP IBP initiatives, preferably within regional/multi country environments, and solid exposure to ECC, APO/IBP, BW, and other connected supply chain systems.

About the client: A Swedish multinational home appliance manufacturer, headquartered in Stockholm.

It is consistently ranked the world's second largest appliance maker are looking for a capable and experienced IT Project Manager to support and deliver key SAP IBP initiatives within the Commercial Solutions and Supply Chain Planning landscape across the APMEA region.

Their strategic ERP platform, integrates SAP ECC, EWM, BW, OTM, B2B, B2C, C4C, and SAP IBP to enable a modern, connected digital supply chain.

This role will focus on delivering SAP IBP projects, ensuring effective coordination with business teams, IT functions, and external partners, and maintaining alignment with regional priorities and global architecture standards.

Your Role As the IT Project Manager, you will:

- Work within the Commercial Solutions / Supply Chain Planning workstream.

- Lead the delivery of SAP IBP projects across APMEA.

- Manage end to end delivery including planning, timeline management, governance, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication.

- Work closely with IT SMEs, Global Solution Architects, and business teams to ensure successful deployment and integration of SAP IBP with the broader SAP landscape.

- Drive structured project governance, risk management, and quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.

- Support change management and user readiness activities during deployment and stabilization.

- This role requires strong project management discipline, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of supply chain planning processes and SAP IBP capabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP IBP projects, ensuring alignment with regional business needs and global templates.

- Manage project lifecycle activities: plan creation, resource coordination, RAID management, testing support, deployment planning, and hyper care oversight.

- Coordinate effectively with SAP architects, functional SMEs, and business stakeholders to ensure project outcomes meet operational expectations.

- Manage vendor/SI delivery teams, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards.

- Facilitate collaboration across supply chain planning, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure smooth IBP integration with SAP ECC, BW, and other connected applications.

- Maintain project documentation, status reporting, and structured updates to regional and global leadership.

- Identify, track, and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting delivery.

- Support user training, adoption, and change enablement across markets.

Who You Are:

- You have strong experience delivering SAP projects, ideally within supply chain/supply chain planning or SAP IBP environments.

- You have hands on experience managing multi country or regional technology projects.

- You are well versed in SDLC project management from initiation through go live and stabilization.

- You excel at stakeholder management and cross functional coordination.

- You understand supply chain planning concepts such as demand planning, supply planning, and inventory planning.

- You have experience with SAP integration projects involving ECC, BW, or other supply chain systems.

- You are structured, proactive, and comfortable working in fast paced, multiregional environments.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience

Required:

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 10-15 years of IT project delivery experience, with a strong track record of managing SAP projects.

- Hands on experience delivering SAP IBP initiatives or major supply chain planning transformation projects.

- Proven experience managing projects involving SAP ECC and other connected supply chain systems (e.g., BW, EWM, OTM).

- Strong experience managing System Integrators and external vendors, ensuring accountability for timelines, scope, and quality.

- Experience working within regional or global template based delivery environments, preferably multi country rollouts.

- Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams.

Added Advantage:

- Experience working with SAP IBP modules such as Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory, or S&OP/S&OE.

- Knowledge of SAP BW, APO, or other advanced supply chain planning tools.

- Background in consumer goods or manufacturing environments, preferably in regional or multi-market operations.

- Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or iterative SAP delivery methodologies.

- Experience using ServiceNow or similar enterprise IT service management platforms
