They're now expanding their Technology Management and Risk function, and this role will be central to leading client RFPs, proposal development, and IT governance assessments

About the Role:

This is a client-facing IT Management role focused on leading RFP responses, IT policy reviews, and vendor risk assessments for enterprise clients. You'll work closely with the Technology, Sales, and Compliance teams to ensure the company's tech solutions meet industry standards and client security requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Lead RFP and proposal response processes for enterprise clients, ensuring high-quality technical documentation and compliance coverage

- Conduct IT policy and infrastructure reviews for client organizations

- Perform vendor risk assessments and third-party security evaluations

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Tech, Legal) to align on client requirements and proposals

- Provide technical expertise during client meetings and presentations

- Stay updated with evolving IT compliance frameworks and risk management best practices

What They're Looking For:

- 5-6 years of IT management experience (preferably in a B2B SaaS or consulting environment)

- Strong background in IT security frameworks and risk assessment methodologies

- Experience handling client RFPs and technical proposal writing

- Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party evaluations

Preferred Skills:

- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP

- Experience with enterprise software or cloud-based implementations

- Prior client-facing or pre-sales experience

- Strong project management capabilities
