
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Infrastructure Leadership: Lead the overall strategy, design, and management of the company's IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, virtualization, cloud environments, storage, and network infrastructure.
- Operational Excellence: Drive initiatives for system health checks, upgrades, and performance optimization, ensuring high availability and efficiency of all IT systems.
- Business Continuity & Service Delivery: Take accountability for establishing and maintaining robust data backup strategies and business continuity plans.
- Ensure SLA-based service delivery across all IT operations.
- Partner & Compliance Management: Effectively manage relationships with outsourced IT partners, ensuring their adherence to our standards and contributing to overall IT compliance (e., ISO/IEC 20000, COBIT5).
- Multi-location Management: Oversee and provide leadership for IT infrastructure support across 30+ domestic and 4 international sites, ensuring consistent and reliable service.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor the infrastructure team, fostering a culture of proactive service, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT Infrastructure Management, with a significant portion in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience and strategic oversight of environments.
- Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Proven proactive service mindset with a focus on anticipating needs and driving continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
