IT Business Partner - Logistics Digitalization

Key Responsbilities

- Strong understanding of logistics processes: inbound, outbound, warehousing, transportation, EXIM, and freight.

- Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Logistics, Supply Chain, EXIM, and Transportation teams.

- Understand business goals and translate them into IT roadmaps, digital initiatives, and process improvements.

- Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and enhanced visibility across logistics operations.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, prioritize, and document functional requirements.

- Work with IT teams (ERP, integration, data, infrastructure) to design solutions aligned with enterprise standards.

- Validate solution feasibility and ensure alignment with business processes.

- Oversee issue resolution, process stabilization, and continual improvement activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for problem diagnosis and solution delivery.

- Support dashboards and analytics for freight, shipments, warehouse operations, and EXIM compliance.

- Partner with data teams to drive insights for cost optimization, performance improvement, and KPI monitoring.

- Experience with SAP logistics modules (MM, SD, LE, TM, GTS, EWM preferred).

- Knowledge of integration technologies (APIs, EDI, GPS integration, tracking platforms).

- Understanding of supply chain analytics tools (Power BI, SAC, etc.).

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.

EXPERIENCE:

- 10+ Years' experience in logistics IT or business analysis roles.

- Global logistics operations and multimodal shipments (air, ocean, road, rail).

- Digital supply chain initiatives such as IoT tracking, automation, and mobility solutions.

- Working with multinational supply chain teams.
