Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Head to lead our domestic market operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, proven experience in driving sales growth, expertise in marketing strategy, and a deep understanding of the Indian market. This role requires the ability to manage and motivate the sales team, actively work on marketing strategies, and coordinate closely with the social media team to enhance product visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the domestic sales team to achieve revenue targets.

- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Indian market.

- Drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.

- Monitor performance metrics, analyse sales data, and prepare regular reports for management.

- Actively collaborate with the social media and digital marketing teams to manage and grow product presence across platforms.

- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing activities.

- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels for expansion.

- Ensure alignment of sales and marketing objectives with overall business goals.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to fine-tune strategies.

Requirements:

- Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 4+ years of proven experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong knowledge of the Indian market, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience in developing and executing marketing strategies.

- Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate with digital/social media teams.

- Result-oriented with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, digital marketing analytics, and campaign management.
