ISO Lead Auditor Job Title : ISO Lead Auditor Department/Group : Compliance & Information Security Location : Chennai Job Category : Permanent Position Type : Full Time Work Time : Day Shift, Work From Office Mandatory Certifications- External Certified ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) Certified ISO/IEC 27001:2013 Auditor Role and Responsibilities : - A Lead implementor and auditor is the one who is responsible for leading the HIPAA Compliance & Information Security audit team in the organization. - Candidate must have implemented ISO policies and procedures across a corporate company - Must handle Client compliance and Security Assessment, Client Security control implementation in facility, ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2013, HIPAA Certificate, SOC 1 Type 2, SOC 2 TYPE 2, and HITRUST audits - Preparing the organization for ISO certification, delivers meetings and submits audit report at the end of quarter or year and prepares the audit plan - Hands-on experience in preparing the Information Security awareness, Incident prevention, FWA, HIPAA related awareness trainings - Report Review knowledge on VAPT Assessments - Evaluating the Business Continuity Plan (BCP) test results based on the test objectives - Responsible for standard upgradation from ISO 9001:2008 to ISO 9001:2015 and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders during audits - Participating in the project transition meetings to under the client's information security requirements. - Must conduct assessments and select internal auditors from each team and utilize them for internal audits. - Conduct monthly assessments for quality & security policies for all employees monthly once. - Conduct yearly once "Compliance Month" with various HIPAA compliance, quality and security related awareness programs. Qualifications and Education Requirements : UG Degree Preferred Skills : - ISO auditing skills - ISO Lead Implementation Skills and Experience (10+ years) - Must have worked in a corporate quality team, ISMS team
