Ishan Technologies - Project Manager

Objective:

To ensure successful delivery of projects in the ICT domain, contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage customer deliveries from initiation to closure.

- Be involved in pre-sales technical feasibility/solution discussions as & when required to understand & contribute effectively towards end-delivery and acceptance.

- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

- Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of shortand long-term goals.

- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.

- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and

costs.

- Report and escalate to management as needed.

- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications (partial, text cut in scan):

Telecommunications, or a related field.

- Proven working experience of 3-5 years as a Project Manager in the Telecom/ISP sector is required.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly desired.

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in telecom &

networking technologies.

- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in project management software tools.

- Should have handled multi-locational large projects for major customers MNCs or large BFSI sector client experience is desirable.
