Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain up-to-date records of all IT/telecom hardware, software, and network assets utilizing inventory management systems.

- Implement, monitor, and enhance asset tracking processes, ensuring accuracy and data integrity across all inventory records.

- Coordinate with procurement, finance, and operations to support asset acquisition, lifecycle management, and disposal.

- Oversee regular audits and cycle counts, promptly investigating and resolving discrepancies.

- Forecast inventory needs, generate management reports, and support budgeting activities.

- Ensure compliance with all asset management policies, licensing agreements, and regulatory standards.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in inventory processes, leveraging analytics for

optimal resource allocation and cost savings.

- Guide and train inventory and supply chain staff on systems, best practices, and compliance.

- Support cross-functional projects, such as infrastructure expansion, migration, and transformation.

- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors regarding asset-related

issues and escalation.
