iRage is looking for an HR & Admin - Junior Associate. They will be responsible for HR operations and provide administrative support towards HR, Accounts and Compliance. Description: - End-to-end recruitment coordination and data management across multiple sources. - Execution of HR Operations, right from Onboarding to Exit. - Strong attention to detail and experience of working in fast-paced environment. - Maintain adherence to timelines and efficiently use project management tools. - Maintain good rapport with external vendors and do timely follow-up both internally and externally. - Take care of accounts with respect to generating purchase orders, maintaining petty cash, coordinating with finance team towards payable/receivable, etc. Skillset: - Min 1 years experience in a start-up admin/HR ops role - Good communication skills - Ability to unlearn, learn and relearn. - Drive to grow and an attitude to get things done - Ability to multi-task - MBA is desired but not mandatory Benefits: We work hard.
