
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to meet individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide continuous feedback, coaching, and support.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion rates and revenue.
- Conduct team meetings, set performance goals, and review key metrics regularly.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate sales data in CRM systems and ensure proper documentation.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 1 year in a team-leading or supervisory role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
