Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Branch Manager, located in Kochi.
- The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage team performance, and ensure the implementation of company policies and standards.
- Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling client relationships, coordinating with headquarters, assisting with financial processes, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the branch.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Edtech sales minimum 3 years.
- Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of operations management and experience in overseeing daily business activities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze and optimize workflows and processes.
- Experience managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in addressing financial aspects such as budgets and performance metrics.
- Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
- Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
