Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Business partner as a Lead HR for our Projects division. This role focuses on ensuring HR strategies, policies, and practices align with business objectives and comply with local employment laws.
Qualification: Full-time MBA in HR (Must) from a premier institute. Plus, a graduation in engineering is a Must.
Experience: 18-22 years of experience in core Business partnering with considerable exposure to major functions of HR in the EPC Project organization. EPC plus Manufacturing experience will also be great.
Team - 3-4 Team members
Scope - Pan India Projects
Reports- Matrix to CHRO and Business Head
Working - Alternate Saturdays working. The job is on the site.
Job Description
- Strategic HR Planning: Developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's domestic and international projects expansion and operations.
- Talent Acquisition Understand the business growth prospects and prepare the manpower plan to meet the business objectives. Source, Interview, and select the right candidates for different functions. Use the BEI process and Psychometric assessment tools to evaluate candidates.
- Talent Management: On boarding and developing a global workforce. Preparing a succession plan for different positions.
- Legal Compliance: Well-informed about employment laws and regulations to ensure the company's policies and procedures align with legal standards. This includes effectively addressing matters concerning discrimination, harassment, and other employment laws.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee relations issues, providing support to managers and employees, and fostering a positive work environment across different locations.
- Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs to address functional and behavioural skill gaps.
- HR Technology: Utilizing HR technology to streamline HR processes, manage global payroll, and provide data-driven insights.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance management systems that align with business objectives and track employee progress.
- Organizational Development: Supporting organizational development initiatives, such as change management, cultural integration, and succession planning, across different regions.
