Jigsaw has been mandated to hire for a global Private Equity firm, looking to onboard a high-potential Deal Team Analyst to support their international investment teams across EMEA markets.

What youll be doing:

- Work on end-to-end deal lifecycle from origination to execution

- Support deal sourcing through market mapping, competitor analysis, and company profiling

- Conduct industry deep-dives, peer benchmarking

- Build financial models and perform valuation analysis and scenario analysis

- Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external stakeholders

- Actively contribute to live transactions, including project management and deal execution

- Collaborate closely with global investment teams on day-to-day deal work

What were looking for:

- MBA / Masters in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field/ from global university

- 2+ year of relevant experience in Investment Banking / Private Equity

- Strong understanding of financial analysis and valuation

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

- Strong communication and ability to work with global teams

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-driven mindset

- Worked on equity market deals of multiple sectors
