IntraEdge - Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Job Description:

- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and the automation delivery team throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive the automation intake and governance process for new demand.

- Partner with business unit leads, operations teams, and process owners to understand pain points, workflows, and inefficiencies.

- Conduct process discovery sessions and workshops to identify high-value automation candidates.

- Build and maintain a qualified automation opportunity pipeline; prioritize based on ROI, complexity, feasibility, and business impact.

- Work with Automation Architects and Developers to ensure solution design aligns with business requirements.

- Support change impact assessments and change management activities for automated processes.

- Must have PowerBI and Tableau experience.

- Track KPIs and benefits including FTE savings, cycle time reduction, error reduction, and compliance improvement.
