Business Development & Growth Lead
We are looking for a hands-on BD and Growth Lead who knows how to scale demand, not just talk strategy. This role owns revenue growth through paid acquisition, outbound systems, and automation. You will be expected to execute, test, break things, and scale what works.

Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline & Revenue Generation: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion, ensuring a steady flow of qualified opportunities to the sales team Hit monthly lead and conversion targets consistently.
- Work with Creative teams to turn qualified leads into clients.
- Own growth across paid, outbound, partnerships, and experiments.
- Prospect and research potential clients in the creative and digital media space.
- Use tools like Apollo, Zoom Info, and Lusha to build and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
- Keep the CRM updated and organized across Hub Spot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
- Run targeted outreach on email and LinkedIn using Lemlist, Instantly, and Clay.
- Team Leadership Recruit: train, mentor, and manage sales teams, setting goals and monitoring performance metrics
- Partnership & Client Management: Identify, build, and maintain strategic alliances and key client relationships for long-term value and upsell opportunities
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to spot emerging opportunities and threats.
- Communicate the value of Intigly's services clearly and confidently.
- Write, test, and improve outreach campaigns to boost conversions, community building setup webinars, identifying new opportunities & establish new verticals also closing sales for long term market expansion
- Plan, run, and scale Meta ads end to end, creatives, targeting, budgets, tracking, and optimization.
- Build and operate outbound engines including cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and hybrid flows.
- Set up and manage growth automation using modern tools and custom workflows.
- Constantly test new channels, offers, angles, and GTM ideas.
- Track performance rigorously and optimize for CAC, LTV, conversion, and revenue.
- Work closely with founders, creative, and product teams to turn insights into execution.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Proven experience running Meta ads with total spend of 7 figures or more. No theory, real spend, real results.
- Deep understanding of modern growth tech and automation tools. Must have personally run campaigns using tools like Instantly or similar outbound and automation platforms.
- Comfortable building systems using CRMs, enrichment tools, scraping tools, sequencing tools, analytics, and custom automations.
- Willing and able to do outbound personally, cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, whatever the channel demands.
- Strong experimentation mindset. You test fast, kill fast, and double down harder.
Good to Have:
- Experience scaling B2B services, SaaS, or agency businesses.
- Ability to write or brief high-converting copy and angles.
- Experience setting up tracking, attribution, and dashboards.
- Startup mindset. You move without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Prior experience with community building, setting up webinars, identifying new opportunities & establish new verticals also closing sales for long-term market expansion
