About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Interventional Cardiologist for a reputed healthcare institution in Agartala. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment focused on advanced cardiac care and interventional procedures.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complex cardiovascular conditions, performing catheter-based interventions, and ensuring high-quality patient care across OPD, IPD, ICU, and emergency settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and manage coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, hypertension, and other

cardiac conditions.

- Perform angiography, angioplasty, stenting, and other catheter-based cardiac interventions.

- Manage emergency cardiac procedures for acute coronary syndrome and related conditions.

- Interpret ECG, Echocardiography, TMT, Holter monitoring, and other diagnostic tests.

- Provide consultations in OPD, inpatient wards, ICU, and emergency departments.

- Coordinate with cardiac surgeons, anesthetists, intensivists, and rehabilitation teams.

- Counsel patients regarding preventive cardiology, lifestyle changes, and long-term treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate patient records, procedure notes, and treatment documentation.

- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and patient safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

- DRNB / DM

- Valid medical registration with relevant medical council.

Desired Skills:

- Strong expertise in cath lab procedures.

- Ability to manage cardiac emergencies independently.

- Excellent communication and patient relationship management skills.
