- We're not looking for someone to just "manage" social media. We're looking for someone to own it.

who you are:

- You have 3-4 years of experience in a creative agency or have been a content creator yourself.

- You live on Instagram, stalk Reddit, scroll YouTube Shorts like it's research, and get niche internet humor.

- You've created content that got shared in group chats.

- You think in formats-carousels, reels, memes, templates, reactions.

- You're hands-on, self-starting, and allergic to slow approvals.

- You love executing as much as you love coming up with ideas.

What you'll do:

- Build and run content engine across Instagram and YouTube.

- Own the aesthetic, tone, and cultural sharpness of everything we post.

- Ideate and execute campaigns, memes, reels, and IPs that live rent-free in young minds.

- Collaborate with student creators and in-house talent to turn real moments into content gold.

- Be the cultural radar-spotting what's trending, what's tired, and what's next.

- Write copy that sounds like a person, not a brand trying to be a person.

- Create content that doesn't just perform-but gets screenshotted, saved, and sent around.
