Interim HR Ops/Analytics Role
6 - Months
Work Mode/Location : Hybrid |Mumbai
The role is responsible for managing comprehensive HR operations while driving data-informed decision-making through HR analytics. This includes overseeing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, managing payroll and benefits, and enhancing employee experience through efficient systems and processes.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:
- Design, review, and recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures in alignment with business needs.
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of employment documents (appointment letters, offer letters, relieving letters).
- Resolve employee queries related to leaves, insurance, and HR policies with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain monthly leave records and ensure data integrity across systems.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships for HR operations and service delivery.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
- Oversee payroll inputs and outputs in coordination with payroll vendors, ensuring adherence to the monthly payroll calendar.
- Administer salary changes due to promotions, merit increases, bonuses, and other adjustments.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll tax audits and ensure timely compliance.
- Ensure employee benefits (life insurance, health insurance) are current and aligned with statutory and safety requirements.
Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to statutory obligations including PF, PT, MLWF, and other applicable labor laws.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.
Records & Systems Management:
- Maintain accurate employee records on SuccessFactors and ensure documentation is complete and secure.
- Oversee filing, storage, and confidentiality of all HR-related documents.
Expatriate Support & Strategic Reporting:
- Support expatriate employees with assignments and related HR matters.
- Develop and maintain an HR dashboard with key metrics (e.g., attrition, headcount, leave trends) in collaboration with stakeholders.
HR Analytics Requirement:
- Leverage data from HR systems to generate actionable insights on workforce trends, attrition, engagement, and productivity.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to interpret data and recommend interventions.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with privacy standards.
- Prior experience with SuccessFactors, Power BI, or similar HR analytics tools is preferred.
