Your everyday work will look like:
- Learn about company product and service offerings.
- Incorporating strategies, themes, and other material into response sections.
- Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs.
- Serve as day- to- day contact for assigned accounts, building trust and rapport while identifying areas of opportunity, highlighting best practices, and documenting both.
- Proposal development, review and feedback incorporation based on various interactions with different stakeholders.
- Giving product demonstrations to prospects and answering their queries.
- You should have an excellent understanding of client's need and generating solutions of how our organization can provide that.
- Quickly & efficiently follow up incoming sales leads with a view to arranging a product demonstration.
- Assisting clients through each step of the sales, pre- sales process, solution handling and helping them resolve any concerns or questions they may have while processing, tracking, and completing sales efficiently.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Find out and build rapport with decision- makers and prospects.
- Build long- term relationships with new prospects and existing customers.
- Create contract- winning proposals for current and prospective clients.
- Attend weekly sales team meetings and provide information to management about sales figures, KPI, goals, and obstacles.
- Attend conference, meeting, and industry events to build a network and to promote our offerings.
- Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.
- Run outbound client acquisition campaigns to develop new client for Payatu.
- Driving account expansion and increasing lifetime value.
- Collecting customer feedback and closing feedback loops.
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal network.
- Execute end to end inside sales campaigns from prospecting to creating proposals and closing deals.
- Responsible for the entire sales cycle starting from lead generation, submitting the proposal, negotiating with the client, and closing the order
