Role Overview:

We are looking for a result-oriented and self-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facility management sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to independently manage client acquisition and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, generate, and qualify leads within the facility management space

- Develop and send customized proposals based on client requirements

- Convert prospects into long-term business engagements

- Maintain a strong and consistent sales pipeline

- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients

- Provide timely updates, reports, and market feedback

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales within the Facility Management industry

- Graduate/Post Graduate with basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, reporting tools)

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Must own a two-wheeler for client visits

- Female candidates preferred

Preferred age: 30 years and above

Must reside within 15 km radius of Kanakapura Road, Bangalore - 560062
