We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive client engagement and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication.

- Conduct regular client meetings (onsite & virtual) to understand needs and deliver solutions.

- Build and nurture strong client relationships to boost satisfaction and loyalty.

- Address client concerns promptly and provide effective resolutions.

- Partner with internal teams to deliver value-added services.

- Document client interactions, feedback, and meeting outcomes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or related field.

- 3-6 years experience in relationship management, account management, or customer success.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meetings effectively.
