As a Talent Management Leader, you will be responsible for building and executing integrated strategies to attract, engage, develop, and retain top talent aligned with Intellecap's purpose. Job Description - Develop and implement talent management strategies that support the recruitment, retention, and development of employees. - Design and execute learning and development programs that align with Intellecap's business objectives and employee career aspirations. - Design and delivery of leadership development programs & Manager development programs, and capability-building initiatives tailored for a consulting environment. - Design and lead performance management frameworks (IDP), mid-year and annual reviews, feedback mechanisms, and leadership evaluations. - Lead onboarding and assimilation programs for new hires, ensuring cultural alignment and seamless integration into the organization. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive work environment and support employee well-being. - Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the company. - Drive strategic employee engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience and long-term retention across diverse teams. - Coordinate and manage impactful company-wide events such as Town Halls, Leadership Talks, employee connect, and employee recognition forums that align with organizational values and goals. - Partner with senior leadership to identify high-potential talent and build customized development journeys, including succession planning. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects and strategic people initiatives. - Design and deliver employer branding and DEI strategies to position Intellecap as an employer of choice in the impact consulting and professional services space. - Develop and manage HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives. - Implement and manage HR analytics dashboards to drive data-informed decision-making, with insights on attrition, engagement, learning, and performance trends. - Prepare high-quality presentations and reports (PPT) for leadership, board meetings, and talent reviews, translating data into actionable insights. Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. - Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, and leadership development. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Demonstrated success in designing and delivering talent strategies for complex or mission-driven organizations. - Demonstrable experience in managing talent and employer branding initiatives - Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates) - Deep understanding of performance management cycles, employee lifecycle strategy, and leadership development in professional environments. - Strong capability in designing and analyzing HR metrics and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or equivalent. - Expertise in conceptualizing and presenting ideas using PowerPoint; ability to create polished presentations for leadership and board-level reviews. - Proven success in strategic employee engagement, cultural transformation, and change management. - Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively with senior leadership. - Agile mindset with entrepreneurial energy and ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings. - Familiarity with HR tech tools, performance management platforms, and modern learning tools is a plus.
