About the Role:

- We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and oversee all aspects of human capital management.

- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to foster a positive, productive workplace culture.

- You will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and objectives.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention strategies.

- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive work environment and addressing employee grievances promptly and effectively.

- Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and career development planning.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations across all HR practices.

- Design and manage compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain talent.

- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support organizational culture development.

- Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning and development programs.

- Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports to track workforce trends and support decision-making.

- Collaborate with senior management to support business goals through effective HR practices.

- Manage HR budgets, policies, and vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or relevant HR certifications (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.

- Proven experience with talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficient with HRIS systems and MS Office tools
