Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Architect to lead enterprise AI transformation initiatives, solution planning, and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in technology consulting, enterprise solution design, business transformation, and AI-driven strategy. The role involves working closely with enterprise customers, business leaders, product managers, and technical teams to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and develop strategic solution approaches. The candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into AI solution roadmaps, managing stakeholder expectations, evaluating business value, and overseeing the successful execution of AI initiatives. This position requires strong consulting, strategic thinking, communication, and project leadership capabilities, along with a good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud platforms, and enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and opportunities for AI adoption.

- Lead business discovery sessions, requirement-gathering workshops, and stakeholder discussions to identify potential AI-driven transformation opportunities.

- Translate business requirements into structured AI solution proposals, strategic recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.

- Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, customer experience, and business performance through AI.

- Develop solution strategies involving Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive AI, and intelligent automation.

- Collaborate with technical architects, engineering teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to define suitable solution approaches.

- Prepare business cases, proposals, solution presentations, project plans, and executive-level recommendations.

- Assess AI initiatives based on business value, implementation feasibility, scalability, operational impact, cost, and expected return on investment.

- Oversee AI initiatives from initial opportunity assessment and proof of concept through implementation, deployment, and business adoption.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and delivery expectations.

- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, address delivery challenges, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Establish appropriate governance practices for enterprise AI initiatives, including responsible AI adoption, data privacy, compliance, and risk management.

- Support the development of enterprise AI adoption strategies, transformation frameworks, and value-realization plans.

- Identify opportunities for account growth and support customer engagements through solution discussions and strategic recommendations.

- Conduct executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and business reviews to communicate recommendations and project outcomes.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry developments to identify relevant opportunities for enterprise adoption.

- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders while ensuring effective communication throughout project engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

- 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise solutions, solution architecture, business transformation, or strategic project management.

- Experience in client-facing roles involving requirement discovery, solution planning, stakeholder management, and enterprise engagements.

- Good understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Predictive AI, and intelligent automation applications.

- Ability to understand business challenges and translate them into practical AI-driven solution strategies.

- Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, cloud technologies, software products, and digital transformation initiatives.

- Understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, automation, and enterprise AI integration.

- Experience preparing business cases, solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and executive presentations.

- Ability to evaluate solution feasibility, business impact, implementation costs, and expected ROI.

- Experience coordinating with technical architects, developers, product teams, and business stakeholders.

- Understanding of enterprise governance, data privacy, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices.

- Strong project planning, delivery coordination, and risk management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work effectively with global and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience:

- Experience in enterprise AI adoption or digital transformation consulting.

- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or ServiceNow.

- Experience working with global customers and senior business stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

- Experience developing AI adoption strategies and transformation roadmaps.
