Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Management: - Lead and mentor a team of content writers, editors, and strategists to deliver high-quality content. - Provide editorial guidance, feedback, and training to enhance team performance. - Manage content calendars, deadlines, and deliverables efficiently. 3. SEO & Organic Growth: - Collaborate with SEO and digital marketing teams to develop content that enhances organic traffic and rankings. - Optimize website content for search engines and user engagement. - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance tracking to refine content strategies. 4. Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning: - Create compelling content to position InsuranceDekho as a trusted leader in the insurance and insurtech space. - Develop whitepapers, case studies, reports, and industry insights to establish authority. - Work closely with PR and branding teams to craft impactful messaging. 5. Performance Analysis & Optimization: - Track content performance metrics, engagement rates, and conversion data to measure success. - Leverage analytics tools to gain insights and continuously refine content strategies. - Conduct A/B testing and audience research to improve content effectiveness. 6. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with design, product, sales, and customer experience teams to create user centric content. - Partner with influencers, industry experts, and third-party content platforms for content amplification.
