Role: Senior Manager/Associate Director/Senior Associate Director/Director - Commercial Line/Corporate Sales (Direct Channel)


Location: Pan India | Job Type: Full-time


Key Responsibilities:


- Business Development & Sales: Identify, engage, and acquire mid and large corporate clients for insurance solutions.


- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in corporate organizations. Understand their insurance needs and provide customized solutions.


- Promote SME and corporate insurance products, including fire, marine, liability, employee benefits (EB), and non-employee benefits (Non-EB).


- Sales Targets & Performance: Meet and exceed assigned sales targets

- Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide insightful recommendations and maintain a competitive edge.

- Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Customer Retention & Upselling: Focus on customer retention and explore cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue potential.


Requirements:


- Graduation or Masters degree in any stream with 5 to 15 Years of experience

- Proficiency and fluency in English, Hindi, and any other local language are preferable.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

- Strong analytical skills with a solution-oriented mindset.

- Willingness to travel as required.
