About the Role:

InsuranceDekho is looking for a Performance Marketing Leader who can drive customer acquisition through paid channels while also building strong organic growth engines using AI-driven marketing strategies. This role will own end-to-end performance marketing, optimize CAC, and leverage AI tools and automation to scale campaigns, improve targeting, and drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and scale performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, and other paid channels.

- Build AI-driven marketing workflows to improve campaign targeting, personalization, and ROI.

- Drive organic growth through SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies.

- Optimize the full marketing funnel - from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention.

- Use AI-powered analytics and attribution tools to improve campaign efficiency and decision making.

- Experiment with AI tools for creative generation, ad optimization, and marketing automation.

- Work closely with product, data, and growth teams to improve conversion rates and customer journeys.

- Track and optimize CAC, ROAS, and channel performance across all marketing initiatives.

Ideal Candidate:

- 6-10+ years of experience in performance marketing / growth marketing.

- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, affiliate networks, and programmatic marketing.

- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and organic growth strategies.

- Experience leveraging AI tools for campaign optimization, content creation, and marketing automation.

- Highly data-driven with strong analytical and experimentation mindset.

- Experience in consumer internet, fintech, or insurtech is preferred.
