Job Summary:
Designs learner-centric training content using instructional design methodologies, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and business goals.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs analysis using stakeholder interviews and task analysis.
- Write learning objectives using Bloom's Taxonomy.
- Design storyboards/scripts for ILT, vILT, and eLearning.
- Collaborate closely with SMEs, Courseware Developers, Graphic Designers, and QA on execution and feedback integration.
- Create assessment strategies (formative and summative).
- Track content through design reviews and revision cycles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Multimedia Design, or related field.
- Strong command of ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick's model
- Exposed to team working in Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Vyond.
- Familiar with SCORM, xAPI, and LMS platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent writing, research, and learner engagement strategies
- Understanding and proficiency in the healthcare industry, encompassing its systems, processes, and related technologies (preferred, not mandatory).
