About the Role:
Inspirisys is strengthening its footprint across the BFSI segment in Western India.
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who can expand our presence, open new relationships, and position Inspirisys digital, security, and industry-focused solutions to leading Banks and Financial Institutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the banking ecosystem, robust regional connects, and the ability to engage confidently at senior leadership levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive New Customer Acquisition:
- Identify, prospect, and convert high-value opportunities across Banks, NBFCs, and Co-operative Banks.
- Build a strong and sustainable pipeline aligned to business priorities in Western India.
Expand Strategic Accounts:
- Deepen engagement within existing key accounts by understanding customer goals and positioning relevant Inspirisys solutions.
- Strengthen relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and functional leaders across business and technology.
Solution Positioning & Deal Management:
- Analyze customer needs, industry trends, and digital priorities to craft compelling, value-led proposals.
- Lead the complete sales cyclefrom opportunity qualification and solution presentation to pricing, negotiation, and closure.
Business Planning & Market Insight:
- Create actionable business plans to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Track customer investments, competitive activity, and emerging technologies to guide account strategy.
Governance & Customer Experience:
- Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasts, and CRM updates.
- Address customer queries and ensure smooth coordination with Delivery, Pre-Sales, and internal teams for timely resolution and superior client experience.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA in Marketing, Banking, Finance, or related areas.
- 5+ years in Sales/Business Development, with at least 4 years of experience selling to the BFSI sector.
- Established network across Western India especially Mumbai, Pune, and Ahmedabad.
- Proven track record in winning new accounts and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory drivers, digital transformation trends, and technology solution landscapes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
