
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing enterprise and BFSI clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, account management, and strategic selling, with a proven ability to close high-value deals and build long-term client relationships.
This role requires close engagement with C-level stakeholders, ownership of key accounts, and responsibility for building and executing go-to-market strategies that expand the company's footprint in the BFSI and enterprise sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive new business acquisition within the enterprise and BFSI verticals by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and timely closures to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies to effectively position products and solutions in target markets.
Account Management & Growth:
- Manage and expand key enterprise accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across managed accounts.
- Create and implement Account Business Plans (ABPs) with both transactional and strategic initiatives to grow account value and market share.
Client Engagement & Strategy:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders to drive strategic sales initiatives.
- Leverage deep industry knowledge to recommend tailored solutions that address client business challenges.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their business goals and digital transformation initiatives.
Pipeline & Performance Management:
- Develop, track, and manage sales pipeline activities, ensuring active deal nurturing and progression through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting of sales performance and opportunities.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or account management.
- Proven track record of closing deals in the enterprise and BFSI verticals.
- MBA is mandatory.
- Strong experience in strategic sales, pipeline development, and key account management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
