Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cloud Sales Manager to drive cloud solution sales and build strong customer relationships across the South region.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of cloud technologies, proven field sales experience, and the ability to engage with enterprise customers at both technical and leadership levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Sales & Revenue Growth:

- Own the complete sales cycle for cloud services in the Bengaluru territory.

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through strategic account planning.

- Identify, qualify, and convert cloud opportunities across enterprise and mid-market customers.

Customer Engagement & Account Development band Net new wins:

- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including CIOs, co-founders, CISO, CTOs and Cloud Architects.

- Create and drive the ecosystem and net new business for SELL, SERVICE and drive solution demos and workshops.

- Understand customer pain points and propose relevant cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, multi-cloud, security, data & AI).

- Achieve KRAs and sales number.

Solution Positioning & Technical Understanding:

- Present cloud offerings and value propositions effectively to both technical and non-technical leaders.

- Work collaboratively with cloud architects and pre-sales teams to design customized solutions.

- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, pricing, and commercial negotiations.

Partner & Ecosystem Collaboration:

- Engage with cloud partners, distributors, system integrators and principal vendors to expand customer reach.

- Work closely with internal teamsincluding Delivery, Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Productto ensure customer success.

Territory Planning & Reporting:

- Develop territory plans and maintain accurate sales forecasts and closures.

- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs in the Bengaluru region.

- Provide leadership with insights on customer demands and opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MBA, or related field.

- 5-7 years of experience in cloud sales, IT infrastructure sales, or enterprise solution selling.

- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, VMware, etc.

- Solid experience handling direct customer interactions and closing complex deals.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Cloud certifications (AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, GCP Digital Leader, etc.

- Experience managing enterprise or mid-market customers in Bengaluru region.

- Strong network within technology ecosystem, MSPs, or channel partners.

- Experience in selling cloud migration, DevOps solutions, security, or data analytics platforms.
