Designation - Industry Manager Context of need: To establish the business in India in the field of HVAC (Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning) & WG (White Goods) industry. Responsibilities: - Responsible for market segment business development, analyse the market potential and identify the leviers to activate to achieve our business development goals in India. - Analyse the competitors and collaborate with the whole team to improve their portfolio competitiveness. - Develop commercial strategy within their international team. - Conduct regular meetings and visits with each customer. - Participate and present the company in relevant conferences and events. - Attend site visits with customers to define projects' scope of work. - Develop Technical and Commercial offers and manage the submittal to customers. - Negotiate with stakeholders and close deals. - Negotiate and close agreements, including sales contracts, partnership agreements, joint development agreements and financing agreements.
