
Job description:
- Identifying psychological and environmental factors contributing to accidents
- Applying psychometric tools and behavioural assessments to identify risk-prone patterns.
- Designing and implementing strategies to reduce workplace accidents and injuries including elimination of CAUPs.
- Designing and implementing comprehensive safety training programs and developing safety professionals to impact the human behaviour at shopfloor.
- Working with leadership to build a positive and proactive safety culture.
- Conduct BBS observations, analyse unsafe behaviours, and design interventions
Skills:
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in industrial or organizational psychology, preferably in a manufacturing, mining, or heavy engineering environment.
- Proven record of implementing behavioural change programs or leading psychological safety initiatives.
Other details:
- Master's / PhD in Industrial / Organizational Psychology, Applied Psychology, or Behavioural Science.
- Additional certification in Counselling, Behaviour-Based Safety, or Emotional Intelligence preferred.
