IndusInd Bank - Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking Group

Description :

- Drive new client acquisition and manage existing relationships within the ELC (Emerging Local Corporates) group to grow and sustain the portfolio.

- Structure credit facilities aligned with client requirements and the banks strategy, ensuring optimal profitability, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.

- Leverage strong local market knowledge with established relationships among leading ELC clients.

- Conduct credit risk appraisal, prepare credit notes, term sheets, and financial models; liaise with the credit team to address queries and present proposals to senior sanctioning committees.

- Coordinate end-to-end transaction execution, working closely with internal stakeholders for approvals, documentation, limit setup, disbursement, and post-disbursement compliance and monitoring.
