Roles and responsibilities: Managing end to end lifecycle of employees in Wholesale Banking Group Sourcing, screening and recruitment of candidates using various portals A. Recruitment: - End to end recruitment process from requirement gathering to on-boarding. - Conducting technical interviews on teams. - Responsible for rolling out the offers using internal software of the bank - Evaluating resumes and sharing with hiring managers. - Follow up with the candidate from sourcing till joining. - Effectively using personal network, database, and Employee referrals to close the positions. - Completing the Joining Formalities of the new joiner by doing documents verification. - Independently handling clients for all the recruitments. - Working for PAN India requirements. - Client coordination for interviews, feedback, and selection B. Operations: - To collect the required documents from the new hires. - To issue appointment and offer letters. - Vendor Management. - Handling employee grievances regarding PF and ESIC,leaves etc. - Experience in making salary breakup. - Preparing documents like Offer letter, Appointment letter. - Handling agreements of all clients. - Handling joining &exit formalities of employees. - Managing Payroll - Maintaining employees confirmation tracker
