Role & responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. - Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure a positive candidate experience. - Overseeing the company-wide Onboarding process and orientation of new employees. - Streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. - Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues. - Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance. - Design and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale. Preferred candidate profile: - Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field - 6-10 years of proven working experience as HR manager - In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. - Knowledge of HR systems and databases (preferably ZOHO) - Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
