Launched in October 2013, Indix has a growing customer base coupled with a roadmap of exciting products.  As an early member of our rapidly growing customer support organisation, you will be responsible for establishing and executing customer support activities.  The ideal candidate will possess a strong customer support (pre or post-sales) support experience, ideal to have SaaS background, with deep experience managing complex customer support practices and solutions. You must be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, owning the customer support planning and deliverables working with cross-functional teams within Indix. Develop, coordinate, and manage all technical post-sales activity for targeted accounts including product demonstration, technical presentation development/delivery, solution development and integration.  2. Provide troubleshooting and training of customer implementations, pre and post sales to augment customer service.  3. The ability to present and demonstrate the Indix technical value proposition to prospective customers and partners from a technical perspective and align with their current solution to provide deep acceptance of the Indix solution and our ability to provide product intelligence through our SaaS solution and product data.  4. Act as primary technical interface for field activity and all Indix evaluations: owning, project managing and communicating the technical scope for an account with prospect during sales campaigns. Own the follow-up and management of such technical requests.   5. Providing day-to-day account management on key accounts and troubled accounts.  6. Deliver post-sales support and professional services as needed; appropriate.  7. Provide detailed feedback from customers to Indix product management and development teams.   8. Engage product development, Engineering and appropriate executives with strategic accounts when appropriate.  9. Develop, project manage, coordinate and manage all technical/business requirements for various accounts.  10. Help remove both internal and external roadblocks to allow progression through the SaaS lifecycle stages.  11. Provide additional management support for critical service delivery and support issues that require 24x7 management attention.   12. Drive Knowledge Management (articles and video content) and White Papers for external customers.  13. Flexible work hours. At times you may need to work a later shift to cover the US Time Zone.  Skills  1. Past experience in customer support operations for a SaaS based product Company.  2. Expertise with Big Data, Analytics; Brand, Retail and Developer ecosystem and needs as it relates to Analytical thought process that allows you to present appropriate solutions and discuss relations of Indix to ecosystem.   3. Ability to communicate to customers, engineering, product management, marketing, sales, and security leaders.  4. Strong presentation skills.  5. Analytical thought process that allows you to present appropriate solutions for our customers and drive their use case to our solution to provide acceptance of Indix as the provider of Product Intelligence.   Requirements  1. Relevant experience in customer support or technical escalations support, with the necessary communication and technical skills to connect with and establish trust & credibility with prospective customers  2. Early stage, start up product company experience. High growth environments.  3. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships internal teams (marketing, technology, implementation, and product development teams)  4. Experience in Retail and Brand Analytics, e-Commerce ecosystem solution sets, and ability to translate competitive environment.  5. The ability to work flexible hours, as needed, to sync with teams and customers in distributed geographies.  6. High proficiency in written & verbal communication skills and presentation skills  7. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or related quantitative field.
