We are scaling our team and operations, seeking independent, responsible, and accountable individuals to join our dynamic team.

What youll do:

- Finance stewardship Own the monthly close calendar, cash-flow forecast, banking relationships, and audit coordination.

- You wont book the entries; youll ensure the accounting and audit partners deliver accurate, on-time numbers.

- Company metrics watchdog Build and maintain a simple, reliable MIS that tracks revenue, margins, creator payouts, and cash runway; prepare reports & dashboards for founders and investors every month.

- Cross-functional rhythm Work with Sales, AMs, and other operators to maintain the health of the central projects MIS, track revenue targets, run regular health checks, and flag variances early.

- Step in with clients, talents and other stakeholders when commercial conversations need a steady hand.

- Legal liaison Coordinate with external counsel on MSAs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and any ad-hoc legal queries; keep a tidy contract repository and e-sign flow.

- People & HR ops Oversee payroll accuracy, drive the performance-review cadence, and maintain detailed records on compensation benchmarking current so targets and rewards stay aligned.

- Compliance & governance Own the master calendar for all statutory, secretarial, and regulatory deadlines.

What were looking for:

- 5-8 years in finance within a startup or mid-market company or an ex-founder.

- Strong grasp of business fundamentals P&L, cash flow, compliance, and the commercial levers that drive growth.

- Loves turning messy workflows into clean processes and clear documentation.

- Confident communicator who can translate numbers for creatives, sales teams, and investors alike.
