As we embark on our next phase of growth, we are seeking a strategic finance and operations leader who will be the backbone of our financial discipline, operational excellence, compliance governance, and people success. This is a mission-critical role working directly with the founders, with significant visibility into the full business roadmap and decision-making process.

Key Leadership Responsibilities:

Financial Strategy & Stewardship:

- Lead financial planning, forecasting, and cash-flow management to ensure long-term sustainability.

- Oversee audit, banking, and investor relations; ensure transparency and trust across stakeholders.

- Translate financial insights into strategic recommendations that guide revenue, margin, and growth initiatives.

Operational Excellence & Business Metrics:

- Build dashboards and monthly reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into revenue, margins, creator payouts, and cash runway.

- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, driving alignment across sales, delivery, and leadership teams.

Governance, Compliance & Legal:

- Establish strong governance practices to ensure full statutory, secretarial, and regulatory compliance.

- Partner with external counsel to manage contracts, agreements, and legal frameworks while maintaining a robust repository.

- Serve as the custodian of ethical, compliant, and risk-aware business operations.

People & Organizational Development:

- Oversee HR operations, including payroll integrity, performance management, and compensation benchmarking.

- Drive a culture of accountability and excellence by implementing scalable people processes.

- Align rewards, growth opportunities, and talent policies with business strategy.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Act as the operational bridge between commercial teams, delivery functions, and leadership.

- Lead high-stakes commercial conversations with clients, creators, and strategic partners.

- Champion structured, data-driven workflows across departments to drive efficiency and predictability.

What You Bring?

Experience: 5-10 years of leadership experience in finance and operations within high-growth startups or mid-market companies; entrepreneurial or ex-founder background preferred.

Strategic Acumen: Proven ability to manage P&L, cash flow, compliance, and business levers that drive profitability.

Systems Thinking: Track record of building scalable processes, dashboards, and governance structures.

Leadership & Influence: Ability to communicate financial and operational insights to creative, commercial, and investor audiences with clarity and authority.

Mindset: Builder mentality with a balance of strategic foresight and executional rigor.
