Who are we looking for- We are looking for someone who can be a part of the Human Resources Department of I-PAC, which includes numerous responsibilities, a few being policymaking, recruitment, appraisals, talent management, and training. We expect you, who are thinking of applying for this position to be able to do the following: - Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs on appropriate job boards - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media referral channels etc. - Assess applicants- relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes - Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices - Develop relationships with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms and manage the procurement and measurement process. - Open to relocating across India according to Operational requirements - Proficiency in Hindi and Tamil ( Preferred) Who will you work with- - Coming from diverse fields and institutions, we are bound by the impactful work we are doing.
