Role Overview :
As the Region HR Head , you will be a strategic partner to the regional business leadership, driving the people agenda and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. This role involves working closely with business leaders, functional heads, and HR colleagues to deliver comprehensive HR solutions, including talent acquisition, talent management, employee engagement, and performance management. Your contributions will directly impact the region's ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, ultimately contributing to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for the Mumbai and Gujarat regions.
- Partner with regional business leaders to understand their people needs and provide HR guidance and support.
- Lead the talent acquisition process for the region, ensuring a consistent and effective approach to attracting and hiring top talent.
- Manage the talent management process, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and develop a team of HR professionals, providing coaching and mentorship to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
