
Job Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for driving recruitment cycle along with strategizing for ensuring pipeline as per the requirement from the business.
- Managing the complete recruitment life-cycle for sales/servicing
- Hiring from diverse sources as per manpower requirements.
- Responsible for Entire Talent acquisition for Front line sales for Pan India
- Ensuring 100% SLA and compliance and related to recruitment
- Managing appropriate source mix of hiring
- Excellent stakeholder management through regular interaction and hiring updates
- Screening resumes / interviewing candidates, shortlisting them for final interviews
- Post selection documentation and joining procedure
- Ensuring 100% occupancy as per the manpower budget for the location
Skills & Experience:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Pleasing personality with excellent presentation skills
- Should be target oriented
- Has the ability to work as an Individual contributor & manage team
- Proven recruiting experience
- Experience in the full recruitment lifecycle
- Experience in B2B Sales hiring is an added advantage
