Define and deliver Compensation and Benefits strategic support the business, in collaboration with business leaders  Define a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation package that fits and is aligned to our company's strategy and business goals.  Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.  Use various methods and techniques and make data based decisions on direct financial, indirect financial and nonfinancial compensations.  Differentiate pay systems to invest in the segments of workforce that contribute the most value  Participate in salary and labour market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.  Designing and implementation of R&R schemes  Develop a comprehensive R&R framework in line with the organizations culture pillars & business objectives.  Ensure timely execution of all R&R programs.  - Accountable for delivery of Performance Management Processes, including Mid- year / Annual performance review  - Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies  - Create a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement framework with a combination of industries best practices and innovative ideas  - Derive and implement employee retention strategies to reduce employee turnover and enhance engagement  - Project Management   SKILLS  Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions.  Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes  PREFERRED CREDENTIALS   WORK EXPERIENCE:  8 to 14 Years Of Experience and 6 years in Compensation & Benefits
