What youll handle:Campaign & Performance:
- Plan and scale paid campaigns across major platforms.
- Own strategy, budgets, and performance targets.
- Track daily numbers and optimize for ROI.
- Test creatives, audiences, formats whatever moves the needle.
- Set up pixels, events, and conversion tracking.
- Analyze data using GA4 and platform insights.
- Build clear reports for leadership or clients.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor social media and paid ads executives.
- Review work, guide priorities, and keep projects moving.
- Train junior members on best practices and new updates.
- Run weekly check-ins and performance reviews.
- Build workflows, SOPs, and quality benchmarks.
- Maintain accountability and high output across the team.
Strategy & Collaboration:
- Drive content planning with creative and content teams.
- Review and approve ad copy, creatives, calendars.
- Tie social strategy back to business goals.
- Sync with other marketing channels for cohesive campaigns.
