About the Role:

Were looking for Client Relationship professionals who have hands-on experience in digital marketing agencies and can confidently manage communication, coordination, and performance reviews for multiple clients.

If youve worked closely with teams handling SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, and you enjoy turning client expectations into actionable plansthis role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day communication with assigned clients.

- Understand client objectives and translate them into actionable tasks.

- Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Content, Creative) to ensure timely delivery.

- Review and quality-check deliverables before sharing with clients.

- Track campaign performance and assist in preparing analytical reports.

- Conduct review calls, share performance updates, and guide clients on next steps.

- Maintain client documents, briefs, reports, and communication logs.

- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client goals.

- Ensure deadlines, deliverables, and project milestones are met.

- Resolve concerns proactively and maintain strong client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience (Must-Haves):

- Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.

- Experience managing 5 - 10 active clients simultaneously.

- Clear understanding of SEO, Social Media, Google Ads, Meta Ads.

- Ability to interpret basic performance metrics (CTR, CPL, ROAS, Reach, Impressions).

- Strong communication, clarity, and confidence in client interactions.

- Experience coordinating with cross-functional digital marketing teams.

- High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving ability.

Bonus Advantages:

- Familiarity with tools like GA4, Meta Business Manager, CRM platforms, project management tools.

- Experience managing enterprise or high-value clients.

- Ability to prepare performance decks or summary reports.

- You are unfamiliar with digital ads, SEO, or performance metrics.
