About Inamo:

Inamo is India's first full-stack, Quick Commerce enablement and operations outsourcing company. We are transforming the Quick Commerce industry by empowering platforms and brands with seamless, tech-driven solutions for all their operational needs. Founded in January 2024 by a team of seasoned professionals, Inamo has quickly become the preferred partner for top Quick Commerce platforms and brands, helping them scale efficiently without the burden of asset or workforce management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp and driven HR Program Manager to build, manage, and scale our people programs across the organization. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of HR strategy and operational execution. You will be responsible for designing and delivering people initiatives that directly impact culture, talent, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate combines strong HR domain knowledge with a program management mindset - someone who can drive structured execution, handle ambiguity, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end recruitment across functions, including workforce planning, talent pipelining, and managing diverse hiring channels such as campus, lateral, and referrals while tracking key hiring metrics (TAT, conversion ratios, cost).

- Drive HR operations excellence by streamlining processes, implementing and managing HRMS, ensuring data accuracy, and designing scalable SOPs and compliance frameworks.

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit, ensuring a seamless and positive employee experience across all touchpoints.

- Lead employee engagement and culture initiatives, including surveys, internal communication, recognition programs, and DEI efforts to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction.

- Identify skill gaps and execute learning and development initiatives such as induction programs, training interventions, and leadership development, while measuring effectiveness and ROI.

- Partner with business leaders as an HRBP to drive performance management, organizational design, workforce optimization, and strategic people decisions aligned with business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of relevant experience in HR, with exposure to program management, HR operations, or HRBP functions.

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. MBA in HR or equivalent postgraduate qualification is preferred.

- Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle - hire to retire.

- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel/Google Sheets, and data-driven reporting.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

- Prior experience in Quick Commerce, e-commerce, startups, or high-growth environments is preferred.
