As we scale, we are looking for a proactive and driven HR Lead to set up and lead our HR function from the ground up. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Setup & Strategy: Develop the HR function, aligning it with the company's growth strategy.
- Policy Development: Create and implement HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks.
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Work closely with hiring managers to drive recruitment and create an effective onboarding process. Prior experience on talent acquisition & onboarding would be an added advantage
- Payroll & Compliance: Manage payroll processing, statutory compliance, and employee benefits administration.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to drive a high-performance culture.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, culture-building activities, and grievance resolution.
- HR Operations: Manage employee records, HR systems, and day-to-day HR operations efficiently.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-growing startup environment/IR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Ability to set up HR processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently.
